About the Role
As an Engineering Manager at NDC Personnel, you will play a crucial role in implementing and overseeing maintenance plans, managing utilities, and ensuring compliance with OHS regulations. You will also be responsible for budgeting capital projects and leading a team of engineers.

Requirements
- National Diploma/BTech/BEng qualification
- Government Certificate of Competency (Factories)
- Experience in a similar role managing an engineering department, preferably in FMCG
- Knowledge of Ammonia refrigeration, coal-fired/steam boilers, transformers, pneumatics and Shopware
- Background in food processing
- Excellent leadership qualities
