Job Description
About the Role
Tumaini Consulting is seeking a Professional Construction Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality expectations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in infrastructure development projects and be registered with the SACPCMP as a PrCPM/PrCM.
Key Responsibilities
- Attending clients’ projects briefs and assisting with preparation of project specifications.
- Assisting with preparation of Feasibility Studies and Technical Reports.
- Liaising with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring and advising contractors and on-site personnel.
Requirements
- Must be registered with the SACPCMP as a PrCPM/PrCM.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or quantity surveying.
- Extensive experience working on infrastructure development projects.
