About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lodge Anchor to join our team at Bright Placements. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining the smooth operation of our lodge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hosting Check ins and Check outs
  • Stock control
  • Room checks
  • Office admin
  • Guest Relations
  • Hosting guests for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Service
  • Courtesy calls daily
  • Assisting with Check ins and check out
  • Assisting with Early departures and late arrivals
  • Front Office Day sheets
  • Gate access manifest
  • Guest’s info.
  • Guest invoicing

Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience in a lodge environment
  • Computer Literate
  • Competent with office and admin duties
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in written form in English
  • Sound financial understanding
  • Understanding of all departments of a lodge
