About the Role

The Fuel Retail Association is seeking a Forecourt Attendant to join our team, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with queries or concerns
  • Maintain the forecourt area, including cleaning and restocking supplies
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide information on products and services
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets

Requirements

  • Fluent in 2 of the official South African Languages
  • Experience in customer service
  • Ability to work 10am – 10pm / 12 hour shifts with own transport
  • Must have 1/ 2 years experience as a Petrol Attendant
  • Able to read and write
  • Resident in surrounding suburbs
  • Good communication skills
  • Sense of responsibility
