Centurion: Graphic Designer

Position overview: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating assets for eCommerce platforms specifically Amazon marketplace with particular emphasis on product detail pages, enhanced content, brand storefronts, Amazon Advertising and translating brand identity into high-converting visuals across various Amazon and other eCommerce touchpoints. Your skills must create a high visual impact across a variety of eCommerce platforms, that ultimately convert into sales. A thorough portfolio demonstrating proven Amazon excellence across product detail page assets (main images, lifestyle/secondary images, A content, storefront visuals, enhanced brand content) and other Amazon-specific creative is required. You will work on a variety of projects that require timely turnaround of assets, to be used across eCommerce marketplaces, websites, product packaging, corporate identity, etc. in collaboration with the Head of eCommerce, as well as our Marketing and Sales team(s). Requirements: Bachelors degree in graphic design or Product Design (or equivalent experience) 3 years experience Deep understanding of Amazon Marketplace design requirements, guidelines, and best practices for optimizing product pages and driving engagement and conversions. – Essential Ability to work under pressure and reach strict deadlines Strong knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite Programs (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Visual design skills with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, colour, layout, iconography Ability to manage projects from concept to execution A proactive attitude in identifying opportunities across existing eCommerce creatives, and driving recommendations with the goal of refreshing and creating improved content Strong communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder expectations Strong leadership and interpersonal and organizational skills Skills Required: Graphic Design Adobe Creative Suite Illustration (Vector) Video Editing Amazon A content Amazon Brand Store and enhanced brand content modules Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities Advantageous skills: Amazon Seller/Vendor Central 2D or 3D animation 3D product rendering Website design Photography UX/UI Design Responsibilities: Create eye-catching and on-brand graphics for the various print and social media platforms Understand and apply a corporate identity to designs Work collaboratively with the design team, strategizing and executing campaigns and collaborations Apply feedback from team members and management on designs Interpret briefs from local and international clients into excellence in marketplace and branded design requirements Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
