About the Role
Flink Recruitment is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. Our client, an established supplier of premium surfaces and interior finishes, is expanding its footprint with a brand-new department and requires a skilled sales professional to grow this division and build strong client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the assigned client portfolio and also growing the current client base.
- Conduct regular client visits in Western Cape.
- Build strong client relationships to secure repeat and referral business.
- Provide product knowledge and support to clients.
- Report to the Gezina office as and when required.
- Maintain accurate sales records and feedback reports.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience.
- Own reliable vehicle (travel allowance will be discussed in interviews and calculated based on amount of travel in the area).
- Willing and able to travel extensively in the area.
- Strong client relationship and business development skills.
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English (spoken & written).
- Experience with tile, mosaic, or building material sales will be beneficial, but not essential (training provided).

Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: R15 000 per annum.
- Travel Allowance (advance): Will be discussed in interviews.
- Cell Phone Allowance: R850 per month.
- Death and Accident benefit: Included in the employment package.
- Commission: 3% from the first rand of sales (no targets).
