About the Role
A leading cleaning and hygiene solutions company is seeking a Sales / Service Technician to join their team in Johannesburg. This role combines technical servicing of hygiene equipment with client relationship management and sales, servicing mainly restaurants and hospitality clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain cleaning and hygiene equipment at client sites
- Provide technical support and training to customers
- Manage relationships with restaurant and hospitality clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell cleaning products and services
- Conduct site visits and ensure equipment is functioning correctly
- Represent the company professionally at client locations
Requirements
- Experience in technical servicing or maintenance (cleaning equipment advantageous)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales ability or experience working with clients
- Valid drivers licence
- Ability to work independently and manage service routes
