About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior Internal Sales Administrator to serve as the operational hub of our sales team in Johannesburg. You will manage the end-to-end sales process from initial quotation to final delivery, ensuring our customers receive world-class service while our field sales team remains focused on growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Receiving, checking, and processing customer orders via phone and email.
- Quoting & Invoicing: Preparing and sending quotes within specified timeframes and issuing invoices accurately.
- Support Sales Team: Supporting account managers and external sales representative with administrative tasks and helping with upselling.
- Customer Support: Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Customer Liaison: Act as the primary internal contact for client enquiries regarding stock availability, lead times, and order status.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to expedite urgent orders and resolve delivery discrepancies.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
