About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Paarl, Western Cape. As a key member of our fire detection and security services division, you will be responsible for managing projects and service portfolios from planning through to completion, ensuring high technical and quality standards across all installations and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of assigned projects and service portfolios from planning through to completion
- Provide clear technical leadership and guidance to technicians on-site, ensuring work is executed correctly and efficiently
- Maintain and enforce high technical and quality standards across all fire and security installations and services
- Proactively identify additional work opportunities and system improvements on client sites
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction while supporting business growth and repeat work
- Balance technical delivery with commercial awareness, including cost control, scope management, and value creation
- Act as the main point of accountability for project performance, timelines, and service outcomes within the fire and security environment
Requirements
- SAQCC Certification – Level 4 or higher (Commissioner / Designer advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Fire Detection industry
- Experience with CCTV systems (installation, fault finding & client support)
- Fully computer literate (reports, quotations, emails, planning, project tracking)
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Strong problem-solving ability

- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.)
