About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our team in Addo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources and experience working in agriculture, food processing, manufacturing, or seasonal labor environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for permanent and seasonal/temporary workers
- Payroll support and timekeeping oversight
- Benefits administration and worker communications
- Employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and documentation
- Maintain HR files, records, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, farmworker/seasonal worker regulations, and local safety rules
- Safety program support (training, incident reporting) and coordination with operations
- Develop and deliver training (harvest safety, harassment prevention, attendance/policy briefings)
- Manage worker housing/transportation issues if provided
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Agricultural Management, or equivalent experience
- 8 years HR experience; 12 years in agriculture, food processing, manufacturing, or seasonal labor environments preferred
