About the Role
We are seeking a People Partner to drive business value through people as a strategic HR professional in our retail/FMCG sector. As a key member of our team, you will utilize your expertise to manage divisional HR functions and provide comprehensive support to management and employees alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize 2 to 4 years of Human Resources experience to manage divisional HR functions
- Advise on disciplinary actions, draft charges, and represent the company at CCMA for Con/Arb hearings
- Manage payroll documentation and data entry via HRIS, including leave, attendance, and benefits administration
- Facilitate the end-to-end hiring process from SETA assessments and CV screening to finalizing employment contracts
- Provide guidance on career development, coaching, and staff performance reviews
- Partner with divisional management to analyze trends and assist with workforce planning
- Ensure all activities remain compliant with South African employment legislation including BCEA, LRA, and EEA
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of Human Resources experience, preferably within the Retail or FMCG industries
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or Organisational Psychology
Qualifications
