About the Role
We are seeking a well-presented and guest-focused Receptionist to join our Luxury Country House in KwaZulu-Natal, offering a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience within a high-end hospitality environment while delivering exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional first impression
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle guest enquiries and reservations
- Answer telephone calls and respond to guest requests promptly
- Assist with general front-of-house administrative duties
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in a 4-star or 5-star hospitality environment
Guest-centric personality with strong interpersonal skills
Opera experience is essential
Excellent communication skills
Well-presented and professional at all times
Ability to work well under pressure
Willingness to live on site
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
