About the Role
Our client, a well-established and growth-oriented organisation based in Johannesburg North, is seeking an FP&A Analyst to partner with finance leadership and operational teams, delivering accurate forecasts, performance analysis, and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast cycles
- Prepare and analyse monthly management reports and performance packs
- Deliver variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial insights
- Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions
- Partner with business units to understand drivers and risks
- Assist with long-range planning and scenario analysis
- Support commercial initiatives through data-driven analysis
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information
Requirements
- BCom / BAcc or equivalent 3-year Finance qualification
- CA(SA), CIMA, or studying towards a professional qualification advantageous
- 4+ years’ experience in FP&A, management accounting, or commercial finance
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
- Ability to communicate insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
