About the Role
A modern upmarket restaurant and bar is seeking three experienced Restaurant Managers to join its team in The Glen, Johannesburg. We are looking for highly skilled individuals who can manage all aspects of the front and back of house, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete restaurant operations, including front and back of house
- Conduct cash up reconciliation and maintain accurate stock levels
- Implement opening and closing procedures to ensure efficient service
- Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance team performance
- Foster strong customer relations and manage staff to achieve exceptional service standards
Requirements
- 5 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong all-round management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Proven customer relations and staff management skills

Salary & Benefits
- Salaries between R15 000 – R25 000 net per annum
