About the Role
Ligpos Ltd is seeking a sharp, organized, and positive Administrative Production Coordinator for a client based in Durban. This role is ideal for an administrative “engine” who excels in numbers, systems, and client relations within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Debiteure-bestuur: Accurate handling of fakturering, invorderings en rekonsiliasies.
- Produksie-administrasie: Koördinering van data en dokumentasie om produksievloei te ondersteun.
- Kommunikasie: Effektiewe skakeling met kliënte en interne spanne (telefonies en digitaal).
- Data-bestuur: Gebruik van gevorderde Excel-funksies om verslae en opnames by te hou.
- Virtuele Samewerking: Aktiewe gebruik van Microsoft Teams vir spankoördinering.
Requirements
- Ondervinding: Ten minste 5 jaar relevante ondervinding in ‘n administratiewe of produksie-omgewing.
- Tegniese Vaardigheid: Uitstekende bemeestering van Microsoft Excel en Microsoft Teams (Noodsaaklik).
- Debiteure: Bewese rekord van sterk debiteure-vaardighede en finansiële akkuraatheid.
- Taalvaardigheid: Vlot in Afrikaans en Engels (beide spreek- en skryftaal).
- Persoonlikheid: Uitstekende telefoonetiket en kommunikasievermoë. ‘n Aangename, positiewe en samewerkende houding. Die vermoë om hoë druk en stywe spertye met gemak te hanteer.
