About the Role
Talent Fox SA is seeking an experienced Operations & Contracts Coordinator to join our team in Centurion. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, transporters, clients, and plant operations. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full contract lifecycle for procurement & sales
- Coordinate logistics, deliveries, & transport bookings
- Oversee sales orders, invoicing, & credit note processes
- Monitor stock levels & ensure continuous supply to operations
- Handle disputes, claims, & reconciliations
- Ensure accurate & timeous reporting across all operational areas
- Supervise & support operational and weighbridge staff
Requirements
- Matric
- Relevant degree or strong, proven experience in a similar role
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG, agricultural commodities, or food production environments
- Strong background in logistics, supply chain, and contract management
- Advanced Excel and ERP system experience
- Proven ability to manage high volumes with accuracy
