Key Responsibilities:
- Process financial transactions including invoices, payments and receipts
- Reconcile bank statements and company ledgers regularly
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assist with financial reports and basic management reporting
- Help prepare VAT, PAYE, UIF and statutory submissions
- Maintain organised financial records and documentation
- Support internal and external audit preparation
- Assist with finance admin and day-to-day accounting support
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting / Finance
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Xero experience essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and administrative capability
- Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
