About the Role
Corecruitment is seeking an Experienced Central Reservations Manager to join their SA head office in the Northern Suburbs, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will lead and manage the Central Reservations Office (CRO), ensuring all inbound reservations enquiries are handled to the highest standard across voice, email, & digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Central Reservations Office (CRO)
- Handle all inbound reservations enquiries to the highest standard across voice, email, & digital channels
- Drive conversion, optimise rate, and deliver a seamless guest experience that reflects the values and standards of the brand servicing their UK properties
- Implement and maintain AOR: Reservations Conversion & Revenue Optimisation Systems, Data & Reporting Guest Experience & Quality Standards Cross-Functional Collaboration Compliance & Administration CRO Operations & Team Leadership
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar Central Reservations Management position
- Expertise in hotel PMS and/or channel management systems
- Tertiary hospitality qualifications
