About the Role
The Internal Sales Representative role at Workers Holdings in Nelspruit is a key position that requires a strong sales and technical background to promote our range of products to customers and support External Sales Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the range and sell products to walk-in and call-in customers
- Support External Sales Representatives
- Assist walk-in or call-in customers in accurately identifying their product needs
- Inform customers of the product range and convince customers to buy the product
- Educate customers on the products, services, and warranties offered
- Keep up-to-date with market trends by analysing the market
Requirements
- Matric
- Minimum 5 years technical or sales industry-related experience (refrigeration)
- Refrigeration product knowledge
- Technical industry knowledge (with existing networks in the industry)
