Pretoria: Finance-costing & Warranty Clerk

About the Role

The Finance-costing & Warranty Clerk will be responsible for capturing, processing and submitting quality claims as required by the OEM and Dealership, while maintaining accurate customer warranty documents and ensuring timely costing/invoicing of all warranty/service claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capturing, processing and submitting quality claims as required by the OEM and Dealership
  • Reviewing, monitoring and overseeing all claims from submission to approvals
  • Maintaining accurate customer warranty documents and records
  • Ensuring proper control of the warrantee stores
  • Ensuring the Well-Maintained Inventory (WIP) is well managed
  • Keeping up to date with company announcements and factory recalls
  • Maintaining good relationships with clients
