About the Role
The Finance-Costing & Warranty Clerk will be responsible for capturing, processing and submitting quality claims as required by the OEM and Dealership, while maintaining accurate customer warranty documents and ensuring timely costing/invoicing of all warranty/service claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Capturing, processing and submitting quality claims as required by the OEM and Dealership
- Reviewing, monitoring and overseeing all claims from submission to approvals
- Maintaining accurate customer warranty documents and records
- Ensuring proper control of the warrantee stores
- Ensuring that the Work-in-Progress (WIP) is well managed
- Keeping up to date with company announcements and factory recalls
- Maintaining good relationships with clients
