About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join our team at Helderberg Personnel in Bellville. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for managing billing systems, reconciling accounts, and providing exceptional client service. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and experience working with MS Excel/Microsoft Office, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage billing systems and ensure accurate processing of invoices
- Reconcile accounts on a regular basis to detect any discrepancies
- Provide exceptional client service and respond to customer inquiries in English and Afrikaans
- Maintain attention to detail and correct mistakes promptly
- Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Working Knowledge of basic financial and accounting concepts
- Must be computer literate and experienced in MS Excel/Microsoft Office
- Previous billing system program experience
- Attention to detail, with the ability to pick up mistakes and correct them
- Excellent Communication Skills – Verbal and Written
- Time Management Skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Willing to work overtime if required
- Reliable and Honest
- Must be able to work in a team environment
Qualifications
Fully Bilingual – English and Afrikaans
Matric/Grade 12
