About the Role

Time Personnel is seeking a Junior Layout Administrator to join their team in Bellville. As a key member of the design department, you will be responsible for liaising with clients, managing internal correspondence, and ensuring accurate artwork delivery. Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients via phone and email, assisting with artwork queries and approvals
  • Manage internal email correspondence related to allocated orders and artwork approval
  • Ensure all artwork from Layout Artists is accurate and delivered on time
  • Follow up with clients to obtain approved artwork and meet deadlines
  • Keep accurate records of all allocated orders using online platforms for workload management and transparency
  • Support the sales team (Account Managers and Management) with general operations to meet client needs and objectives
  • Assist colleagues and cover responsibilities in their absence, ensuring continuity of workflow

Requirements

  • Matric; relevant qualifications are a plus
  • CorelDRAW experience required
  • Strong computer skills
  • Some previous design experience is advantageous
  • Interest in graphic design
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both email and phone
  • Reliable and organized
  • Friendly, professional personality
  • Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills

Salary & Benefits

R9 000 CTC dependant on experience
