About the Role
The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities for FMCG retail and wholesale syndicated sales and merchandising services in Bethlehem. This role aims to ensure that sales and merchandising standards are consistently met, optimizing client product availability and representation in retail and wholesale outlets. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, maintain high standards across synergised service operations, and support the company’s growth and profitability objectives.

Requirements

- Experience in managing large, distributed teams and working with retail and wholesale partners across large areas
