Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bloemfontein for an Administrative Officer. The Administrative Officer will handle tasks such as managing daily administrative operations, providing administrative assistance to executive staff, maintaining organized documentation and records, and ensuring smooth office functionality. Additional responsibilities include supporting customer service operations and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to meet organizational goals. Qualifications Strong skills in General Administration, including managing office tools and resources efficientlyProficiency in Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills, ensuring accurate record-keeping and task prioritizationExcellent Communication skills for both written and verbal interactions with team members and clientsBackground in Customer Service to provide responsive and courteous supportProficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and toolsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
