About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled QC Inspector to join our client’s manufacturing company in Boksburg. As a key member of the quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality and implementing quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspection on final product on rubber sheeting
- Final inspections on Products
- Implementation of ISO 9001-2015 (QMS)
- Raising non-conformances
- Closing out non-conformances
- Work force training – Company policies
- Closing out audit findings
- Internal and external audits
- Internal auditor
- Suppliers audit
- Management review meetings
- Audit reports
- Monthly quality report
- Meeting Reporting of safety issues
- Incident investigation
- Completing WCI 2 forms
- Monthly safety meetings
- ISO 14001-2015 Implementation & Auditor
- ISO 45001-2018 Implementation & Auditor
- Calibration of measuring equipment
- Compiling Safety files
Requirements
- Experience in the Plastics Industry an advantage
- Relevant qualifications and experience required
