About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a luxury property group for an Administrator / Accounts Payable Clerk. The successful candidate will support the finance team with day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all invoices, ensuring they are matched to purchase orders, authorised, valid, and compliant
- Check and process all credit notes and allocate as necessary
- Manage purchases against budgets
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in Creditors/Finance, preferably within the hospitality, share block, or timeshare industry
- Matric qualification including Mathematics
- Proficient in Sage One Accounting and advanced Excel skills
- Valid South African ID
- Strong numeric and administrative skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter with initiative, able to plan and manage deadlines and priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team

- Matric qualification including Mathematics
Salary & Benefits
Negotiable, depending on experience (CTC package including medical aid and 5% provident fund contribution)
