About the Role
We are seeking a young and energetic Youth Tour Consultant to join our Travel & Tours Company based in Bryanston. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, quoting, and booking various inbound and outbound journeys for the Sport and Leisure division, which includes schools, universities, and clubs. Your primary objective will be to proactively assist in product development, ensure current products are updated, costed, and relevant to client demand, and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationships: Ensure client expectations are met and the highest delivery of service is driven through the business.
- Continually look at creative ideas and review products which are offered to clients.
- Build new and nurture existing relationships with clients.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with all staff.
- Ensure effective communication with staff and clients at all times.
- Ensure that all correspondence, documentation, costings, proposals, presentations are delivered accurately and timeously.
- Follow-up with clients and any leads.
- The ability to manage and tour lead guests when they travel provide at end-to-end experience.
- Travel with Youth groups as required.
Requirements
- Intermediate Knowledge of customers needs and products.
- Quotation Sheet / Costings as required to package product.
- Documentation Management of all groups.
- Proactively lead the operations team through positive intervention.
- Handling of complaints professionally.
- Problem Solving.
- Continually exceed the customer expectation.
