Job Description

Minimum Requirements: Admitted Conveyancer Minimum 5 years post-admission experience Extensive experience handling Property Transfers from instruction to registration Ability to manage high volumes independently Strong knowledge of Deeds Office procedures and compliance Experience liaising with banks, estate agents, developers and clients Business development ability will be advantageous Key Responsibilities: Managing the full transfer process from inception to registration Overseeing support staff Ensuring compliance with all conveyancing and FICA requirements Liaising with clients and stakeholders Assisting with establishing and growing the new offices conveyancing portfolio Consultant: Danielle Fortuin – Dante Personnel Johannesburg
