Cape Town City Centre: Conveyancer

Key Responsibilities: Handle full-spectrum conveyancing matters transfers, bonds, cancellations, and related documentation. Manage Capitec Bank bond registrations (firm is on the Capitec panel). Liaise with clients, estate agents, and financial institutions. Ensure compliance with FICA, POPIA , and firm policies. Review and finalise guarantees, transfer documents, and correspondence. Build and maintain strong client and professional networks. Remain composed and efficient under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations. Minimum Requirements Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa. Minimum 3 years post-admission conveyancing experience. Proven ability to manage Capitec Bank bonds . Proficient in Lexis Convey / GhostConvey . Strong communication, networking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
