Key Requirements: BSc Chemistry or related degree with 3-5 years hands on experience in formulation within the skincare or cosmetic industry. Cosmetic Science Qualification highly desirable. Ability to formulate, troubleshoot, and scale-up various skincare systems and products. Additional Requirements: Ability to work on various projects simultaneously with attention to detail and timelines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to write reports.
