Customer Service / Temp Receptionists – Northern & Southern Suburbs Are you a people-focused individual with strong customer service experience and a professional, welcoming manner? Our client is seeking reliable and well-presented candidates to assist with temporary reception and front-of-house support across the Northern and Southern Suburbs. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who thrive in customer-facing roles and can step in confidently to support busy environments. Key Responsibilities: • Managing the reception area and welcoming clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner • Answering and directing incoming calls efficiently • Assisting with general front-desk administration and coordination • Handling customer queries and providing accurate information • Ensuring a positive first impression and excellent service delivery at all times • Supporting internal teams with ad hoc administrative tasks Key Requirements: • Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role • Exposure to reception or front-desk duties highly advantageous • Matric (Grade 12) essential • Well-presented with strong interpersonal and communication skills • Computer literate (Microsoft Office / Outlook) • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to different environments • Available to work on a temporary basis at short notice Preferred Attributes: • Friendly, professional, and approachable personality • Ability to handle high volumes of visitors and calls • Strong problem-solving ability and a calm, solutions-driven approach • Team player with a positive attitude
