About the Role

A dynamic Internet Service & Network Specialist seeks an Enterprise Administrator to join its team in Cape Town City Centre. As an Enterprise Administrator, you will be responsible for attending to various administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion of processes, and maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Authorized Services: Parts ordering and claims processing administration to ensure all internal/vendor requirements are met and processes are strictly adhered to.
  • Installation and Startup Services management.
  • Financial Administration: Ensuring billings, PO’s, EREQ’s and quotations are attended to timeously and accurately.
  • Internal Asset Management: Attending to tasks timeously and accurately, strictly adhering to company policies and processes, ensuring HEAT CMDB is updated and accurately.
  • Call/Case Management: Call/Case coordination, management, and administration to be attended to timeously and accurately.

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Experience in financial administration
  • Experience in part requisition and claims processing via vendor warranty process
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • Work in structured and organized manner to achieve goals
  • A great team player
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
  • Strong customer services skills
