About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our technical leadership, you will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale data pipelines, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ETL/data pipelines using Azure Databricks
- Develop and maintain strong Python and SQL skills
- Work with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms
- Troubleshoot and improve pipeline performance
- Collaborate with the team to optimize data integration, transformation, and optimization
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer
- Solid experience with Azure Databricks
