About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Field Coach to join our team in Durbanville. As a key member of our sales & merchandising team, you will be responsible for developing the knowledge and skills of PnS in-store employees, ensuring that field staff can meet their business objectives, drive KPI performance and deliver quality services that meet customers’ needs and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the knowledge and skills of PnS in-store employees
- Ensure that field staff can meet their business objectives
- Drive KPI performance
- Deliver quality services that meet customers’ needs and compliance requirements
- Conduct in-person training activities and use online communication platforms
- Manage the full in-store training cycle
- Motivate employees to achieve compliance numbers
- Use smart mobile device for work purposes
Requirements
- Grade 12 Valid South African drivers license
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the sales & merchandising in-store environment
- Availability to travel and visit our retail stores, as needed
- Excellent coaching & training skills
- Previous experience as a team leader
- Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the group
