About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll and Benefits Lead to lead and enhance payroll, benefits, and wellbeing initiatives across a global workforce. As a strategic thinker with deep expertise in international payroll operations, benefits management, compliance, and team leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global payroll and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global payroll and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a Payroll & Benefits team across multiple jurisdictions.
- Oversee global payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Drive the implementation and rollout of ADP as the organisation’s global payroll platform , ensuring a seamless transition from existing providers.
- Manage relationships with payroll, benefits, and wellbeing service providers.
- Oversee the design, benchmarking, and delivery of competitive employee benefits programmes.
- Monitor international legislative and regulatory changes affecting payroll and benefits.
- Provide reporting, analytics, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Support global mobility, wellbeing, and reward initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Payroll & Benefits within a multinational or professional services environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing payroll and benefits teams.
- Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems is essential , ideally including payroll implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of global payroll, benefits, tax compliance, and employment legislation.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
