About the Role

We are seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive revenue growth and optimize marketing performance in our Cape Town City Centre location. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and executing high-impact campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead execution across campaigns, content, listings, paid media, and creative
  • Drive revenue contribution, conversion, and ROI
  • Own and manage the marketing budget; allocate spend based on ROI, strategic importance, and stock availability
  • Continuously track spend and optimize allocation
  • Align Sales, Brand Managers, Directors, and Vendors; manage expectations, approval processes, and structured reporting
  • Execute campaigns across B2B and B2C to drive reseller sell-out and end-user demand
  • Improve listing quality and conversion; ensure SEO and content consistency
  • Drive marketplace performance

Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience in retail, distribution, or e-commerce
  • Proven team leadership experience
  • Proven experience managing budgets and ROI
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Commercial thinking, data-driven decision making, strong communication, operational excellence, and ability to manage complexity
