About the Role
The Interior Designer will be part of an internationally renowned design specialist team, working closely with clients to deliver exceptional interior design solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in high-end residential or leisure design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements and project objectives.
- Prepare space plans, layouts, mood boards, and detailed design presentations.
- Select finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and materials to meet design and budget requirements.
- Produce technical drawings and specifications for construction and installation purposes.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and consultants throughout project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement schedules.
Requirements
- Relevant Design qualification
- 3-5 years experience in high-end residential or leisure design or Furniture, finishes and equipment design
Qualifications
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Revit for 3D modelling, technical documentation, detailing and project coordination
