About the Role

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager for a boutique reservations office specialising in luxury hospitality and safari lodges. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to lead international marketing initiatives, drive digital growth, and strengthen brand presence within the global travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets
  • Identify growth opportunities across international markets
  • Manage and optimise annual marketing budgets
  • Analyse market trends, competitor positioning, and customer behaviour
  • Drive lead generation through paid media, SEO, and digital campaigns
  • Oversee Google Ads and Meta advertising performance
  • Optimise campaigns for lead quality, ROI, and cost per lead
  • Improve website conversion rates and landing page performance
  • Lead SEO and content marketing initiatives
  • Grow organic traffic and inbound leads
  • Oversee blogs, newsletters, guides, and digital content creation
  • Ensure website content remains engaging and conversion-focused
  • Manage CRM campaigns and lead nurture journeys
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion
  • Develop campaigns to increase repeat and referral business
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and tone
  • Increase brand awareness in key international markets
  • Identify PR, partnership, and influencer opportunities within the travel industry
  • Track and report on marketing performance and ROI
  • Analyse lead quality, channel performance, and conversion metrics

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing

Travel or tourism industry experience essential

Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, CRM marketing, and content strategy

Analytical and strategic mindset with strong reporting abilities

Proven track record in driving leads and digital growth

Excellent communication and project management skills
