About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Coordinator to join our Cape Town team at a Leading Equipment Manufacturer. As the next HVAC Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the overall implementation of all HVAC projects, ensuring seamless coordination and execution. You will be responsible for scoping, quoting, project quality sign off, stock identification, and supervising invoicing on completed projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Scoping for quoting
- Project and quality sign off
- Supervise and direct technical issues from field
- Dealing with technical escalations from maintenance
- Assist with daily stock identification
- Supervise and close out invoicing on completion of projects
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HVAC maintenance and projects
- Project Management experience
- Strong field HSE and compliance ethic
- Computer literate with proficient MS skills
- Willing to travel extensively if needed
- Rigid attention to detail
- Demonstrable track record in successful team and personnel management
