About the Role
A well-presented and guest-focused Receptionist is sought after to join a Luxury Country House in KwaZulu-Natal, offering a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in high-end hospitality while delivering exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional first impression
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle guest enquiries and reservations
- Answer telephone calls and respond to guest requests promptly
- Assist with general front-of-house administrative duties
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a 4-star or 5-star hospitality environment
- Guest-centric personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Opera experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Well-presented and professional at all times
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to live on site
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
