About the Role

A well-presented and guest-focused Receptionist is sought after to join a Luxury Country House in KwaZulu-Natal, offering a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in high-end hospitality while delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional first impression
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Handle guest enquiries and reservations
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to guest requests promptly
  • Assist with general front-of-house administrative duties

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a 4-star or 5-star hospitality environment
  • Guest-centric personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Opera experience is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well-presented and professional at all times
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Willingness to live on site

Qualifications

  • Formal education/certifications (if applicable)

Salary & Benefits

R7,500 per month
