About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Independent Recruiter to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing new employers and recruitment clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying recruitment opportunities within various industries, and advertising vacancies to attract suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities

- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
- Match candidates according to client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes

Requirements
- Previous recruitment, sales, or business development experience will be advantageous
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good negotiation and client relationship skills
- Computer literacy and experience with recruitment platforms
- Own laptop, cellphone, and reliable internet access
Qualifications
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (advantageous)
