About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Officer to join our team in Cape Town City Centre, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, networks, and servers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware and software systems
- Ensure efficient network operations, including monitoring and troubleshooting
- Provide technical support for IT-related issues
- Collaborate with other teams to implement new technologies and solutions
- Maintain accurate records of system performance and maintenance
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an IT Officer in the Civil Engineering | Infrastructure Industry
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology
- Relevant Tertiary Education required
- Proficient in MS Office, MS 365, and Azure
- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Networks, and Servers
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport (required)
- Contactable references and payslips required
