About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially hungry Sales & Client Success Associate to join our dynamic team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our sales and client success engine, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and momentum through warm prospecting, lead generation, and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation and prospecting: Identify high-quality prospects across LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, industry networks, recruitment agencies, and hiring teams.
- Warm up conversations through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other channels to start smart, relevant, human conversations that lead to demos and sales opportunities.
- Support the Sales Director by keeping the pipeline clean, up to date, and moving: logging activity, tracking follow-ups, updating deal stages, preparing notes before demos, scheduling meetings, and ensuring every prospect gets the right attention at the right time.
- Client account management: Check in with clients, help answer basic questions, escalate issues internally, follow up on outstanding items, and maintain strong relationships to identify opportunities for expansion over time.
- Onboarding support: Assist new clients during onboarding by coordinating setup, training sessions, documentation, follow-ups, and internal handovers.
- CRM and reporting: Manage our sales CRM and reporting discipline, keeping data clean, tracking activity, updating pipelines, preparing weekly reports, and helping the team understand what is working, what is stuck, and what needs attention.
Requirements
- Experience in sales support, account management, client service, recruitment, customer success, or lead generation.
- Confidence communicating with business owners, recruiters, managers, and decision-makers.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and ability to start conversations online.
- Natural organisation and good follow-through skills.
- Ability to write clearly and professionally.
- Strong attention to detail.
