Job Summary

Job Purpose: The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the companys products across diverse pharmacy environments, including independent pharmacies, pharmacy groups, and corporate groups. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by expanding market presence and fostering brand loyalty within the pharmacy sector. Success in this position requires a combination of strong sales expertise, industry insight, and exceptional relationship-building abilities. Minimum Requirements: A bachelors degree in business management, marketing, pharmacy, or any related fields. Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical sales; experience across various pharmacy settings is preferred but not required, as training will be provided for individuals without prior experience. Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales plan, targeting independent pharmacies, pharmacy groups, and corporate pharmacies. Conduct regular visits to these pharmacies to present and sell the companys pharmaceutical products. Work towards meeting and exceeding set sales targets and goals. Manage product orders and inventory levels within the pharmacies to ensure continuous supply. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships with pharmacists and key decision-makers. Regularly update pharmacies on product information, changes, and developments. Handle customer queries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new launches, marketing strategies, and merchandising techniques. Identify and analyze market trends and changes in business practices. Maintain detailed records of all contacts and meetings and manage a comprehensive database of all pharmacies within the territory. Prepare reports and analysis of sales activities, market trends, and competitive landscape for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements. Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for pharmacy staff to enhance their understanding and advocacy of the products. Provide accurate product information and resources to pharmacy personnel, aiding them in making informed decisions regarding product stocking and customer recommendations. Participate in strategic planning and sales meetings to discuss targets, potential markets, and tactics. Collaborate with marketing and prescription teams to develop strategies for product launches, promotions, and increased market penetration. General Working Conditions: Standard business hours with occasional evening or weekend work based on business needs. Extensive travel within the assigned territory. Regular use of technology, including tablets and smartphones. Professional attire is required when engaging with healthcare professionals. Work settings include pharmacies, dispensing doctors, hospitals, pharmacy clinics, and corporate pharmacies. Physical activities involve standing, walking, and distributing marketing material. Compliance with safety regulations and ethical standards is essential. The role requires 95% in-field engagement, with 5% office-based time dedicated to meetings. Travel: A valid drivers license and the ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Must have access to a personal vehicle for business travel. Travel involves long-distance driving and occasional overnight stays.

Job Summary

REQUIREMENTS Matric Experience within the Warehouse and Retail industry MS Office and Excel experience essential Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills Self-driven Initiative and deadline driven with excellent planning and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure Successfully adapts to changing demands and conditions High attention to detail, enthusiastic Committed and reliable DUTIES Promoting and specifying company products into housing and commercial Developments including the Innovative LED Automation through architects and interior designers. This will include company products such as lamps, occupancy sensors and floodlights that can be used in the development. Promoting and specifying company products into housing and commercial developments, including the Innovative LED Lighting Automation through electrical consultant engineers. Refer the responsible Sales Representative to the electrical consultant engineers and commercial developers if relevant Updating and maintaining the Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and Northwest project register. Go through Specifying Techniques and providing the allocated person(s) with the National register. This includes listing prospective new developments, allocating developments to the respective Sales Representatives to attend to as well as removing completed won or lost projects. Ensuring that the Relevant Sales Representative(s) is/are aware when a project has been specified so that the relevant Sales Representative(s) can contact and/or follow up with client(s) such as electrical contractors and the wholesaler that he/she purchases items from, in order to ensure that the stock is ordered in time by the relevant Wholesaler. Maintaining relationships with architects and electrical consultant engineers. Provide training to the above-mentioned parties on a regular basis. Adding and updating architect and electrical engineers details on the companys CRM platform. Completing daily call reports in the companys CRM platform. Assist Sales Representatives at product shows at wholesalers when needed. Assisting in the employers quarterly stock takes; or at any given time at the employers discretion as may be directed from time to time. And any other tasks necessary for the conduct of the employer’s business Salary: negotiable dependent on experience including car allowance. Company benefits offered. Location: Eping Cape Town Overview: A well-established logistics and freight services provider is currently seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Representative to join its team based in Epping, Cape Town. The role focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth in the logistics sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and transportation industry. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Conduct regular market research to identify trends and competitor activities. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client communication. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industries. Strong understanding of logistics solutions including road freight, warehousing, and distribution. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Valid drivers license and own reliable transport

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities: The successful candidate will report to the Area Sales Manager Food Service. Develop and execute strategic sales plans achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets in your assigned area. Manage a portfolio of existing customers and build new business with restaurants, hotels, caterers, cafes, and institutional clients. Drive sales to achieve company objectives; sales volumes and pricing targets across the basket of products given by your Area Sales Manager. Manage relationships with foodservice clients (national & regional) including restaurants, hotels, QSRs, catering companies, and institutional clients. Provide input and support to sales forecasting, waste management and logistical supply chain processes to ensure on time delivery is achieved. Compile weekly and monthly feedback reports to ASM with supporting analysis and interpretation Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification. (Would be an added advantage) Sales experience in Food Service FMCG, dealing with national regional clients, with a successful track record of interaction, will be required. Ability to work independently in a self-disciplined manner to meet objectives and contribute effectively as part of a team. Must be willing to travel. Be highly skilled in communication and negotiation and ensure service excellence is always executed in a proactive manner. Strong organizational and reporting skills, with attention to detail. The ability to work collaboratively within a team to drive collective success. Results-oriented mindset with strong planning and time management skills Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally

Job Summary

Qualifications Matric Requirements Previous experience in the sheet metal manufacturing industry preferred (especially having worked with Hypertherm, Kjelberg, KMT etc) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy Knowledge of Plasma & Fibre Laser Consumables Duties Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with consumables clients Market the Companys other products when visiting consumables clients Act as the primary point of contact for accounts. Lead generation and execution Cold calling Utilizing the CRM in accordance with the Company SOPs Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations for product positioning and pricing strategies Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and service levels.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative for a National Company in the medical industry in Cape Town. Job Purpose: To sell the various products offered by the group of entities which include pre-funding and administration in the Medical Industry REQUIREMENTS Tertiary qualification in Sales/Marketing will be advantageous Ability to sell and market financial products Deadline driven individual able to perform under high pressure and meet set targets Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships Excellent communication skills as well as interpersonal skills Must be able to work from home base and willing to travel extensively within the designated region Matric qualification is essential Valid Driver’s License is essential SALES AND MARKETING Create the Company’s product and brand awareness in the marketplace. Ensure that the basket of products and services are pro-actively marketed to all potential clients in line with company policy. Ensure effective follow-up with potential clients. Provide potential clients with the necessary information and try to assist with their decision-making process. Ensure that weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets are met. CLIENT SERVICE Ensure that each existing client is visited as per the pre-determined visiting requirements. Provide clients with the necessary information and assistance where necessary. Provide a communication link between client and the Head Office processing staff. Monitor the client’s satisfaction levels as regards our service on a continuous basis. Monitor movements and changes within the client’s practice, which could influence our business and or put our business at risk or provide further business potential. Monitor and effectively report on competitor activity within existing client base and the market place. ADMINISTRATION Ensure that your weekly sales report is submitted accurately, on time and according to the correct procedure. Ensure that weekly call planners are sent shared with Sales manager. Ensure that diaries are shared with inbound sales team on a weekly basis. Ensure regular interaction with inbound sales team. Submit your monthly expenditure report on time. Ensure that your monthly expenditure report is completed according to company policy. Ensure that your client contracts are completed in full and accurately. Keep accurate record of paperwork collected on behalf of clients and sent to PE for processing on behalf of clients. Keep accurate record of set appointments and ensure that these are kept or communicate changes with clients. Ensure that all the relevant client feedback is communicated back to the Claims Administrator / Supervisor.
