About the Role
The Opportunity If you enjoy building strong customer relationships and seeing the direct results of your work, this role is for you. You will take ownership of the Western Cape region , working with hardware stores and distributors who already value long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales across the Western Cape region
- Build and maintain relationships with hardware stores and hardware retailers
- Sell tools, DIY tools, and hardware products to retail and distribution customers
- Identify new business opportunities with suppliers and retail clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets through regular customer visits and follow-ups
Requirements
- 3 years experience as a Sales Representative in hardware, tools, or distribution
- Strong understanding of hardware retailers and wholesale distribution
- Experience selling tools or DIY products
- Ability to manage a sales territory independently
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel in the region

R25 000 basic salary with a clear, achievable OTE of R40 000
