About the Role
Our client, a well-established and well-regarded multi-branch legal practice located in Franschhoek, is seeking a Senior Attorney to take full responsibility for managing and growing its Franschhoek office. This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced practitioner who has previously run their own practice or is looking to transition into a more balanced, lifestyle-oriented role within a structured and supportive firm environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Franschhoek office
- Leading and supporting a team of legal professionals and administrative staff
- Driving business development and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring effective service delivery across a broad range of legal matters
- Contributing to the growth and reputation of the office within the region
Requirements
- Admitted Attorney with extensive experience running practice operations
- Demonstrate the ability to manage a practice or legal team
- Possess strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills
- Be able to operate independently and take ownership of a practice
- Experience in a general practice environment (advantageous)
