You will be the face of luxury living for interior decorators and discerning clients, while leading a motivated floor team, driving premium sales targets, and keeping showroom operations flawless. Candidate Requirements: Experience: 3 years of luxury retail sales experience (homeware/decor background is a massive plus). Leadership: Proven ability to coordinate, mentor, and energize a store team. Operations: Strong track record with Point of Sale (POS) systems and managing regular stock takes. Physical Nature: This is an active, hands-on role requiring the physical ability to handle and move heavy, high-quality luxury rugs. Presence: Immaculate presentation, exceptional communication skills, and a self-motivated, target-driven mindset. Package on Offer: Remuneration: Market-related basic salary lucrative commission structure & sales incentive scheme. Benefits: Company contribution to Medical Aid and Provident Fund.
