About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Laser Machine Operator with CNC experience to join our manufacturing team in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining laser cutting machines to produce high-quality components in line with production requirements and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate laser cutting machines and CNC equipment
- Interpret technical drawings and job specifications
- Ensure accurate cutting, shaping, and finishing of materials
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Work closely with the production and quality teams to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience operating laser cutting machines
- CNC machining experience (essential)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering/technical drawings
