About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join our dynamic, high-volume hotel kitchen environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing chef who is eager to grow, learn from experienced culinary leaders, and build a solid foundation within a professional kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of ingredients and basic cooking tasks
- Support senior chefs across various kitchen sections
- Follow recipes, portion control, and plating guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
- Assist with stock rotation and basic stock control practices

- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in a professional kitchen
- Experience within a hotel or high-volume restaurant environment (preferred)
