About the Role
The Customer Service Advisor will provide the first line of service to customers, assisting with various aspects of their rental experience, including pickup and return, reservations, and post-rental queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of customer check-out and check-in rental transactions in accordance with company procedures.
- Make, amend, cancel, and monitor reservations as required.
- Provide excellent customer service, effectively assisting with customer queries.
- Perform various admin and general office duties, including capturing fuel, VRVs, non-revs, following up on overdue rentals, scanning, partial billing, fleet movement control, claims reports, rental deposits, and handing in and recording of lost property recoveries from vehicles.
- Ensure the security and quality control of company vehicles and other property.
- Identify and report expired licenses, service due vehicles, and any other issues not conforming to our quality standards.
- Maintain good housekeeping and general cleanliness standards for branch environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-year front office/customer service experience.
- NQF level 4 (Matric or equivalent).
- Code 8 drivers license with at least 1 year of driving experience.
- Computer literate.
