Job Title: Factory Manager – Wood Industry (Eucalyptus Curry Wood)
Key Responsibilities:
Production Oversight:
Manage and coordinate all stages of eucalyptus wood processing, from raw material sourcing to finished product.
Implement and oversee production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize machine utilization.
Quality Control:
Ensure all eucalyptus wood products meet required specifications, including moisture content, strength, and surface finish.
Conduct regular inspections of the production process to maintain high quality standards.
Resource Management:
Oversee procurement and inventory of raw eucalyptus wood, chemicals, and other materials.
Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure consistent supply.
Team Leadership:
Lead a team of supervisors, machine operators, and technicians.
Provide training and ensure all team members adhere to safety and operational protocols.
Health & Safety Compliance:
